The Vachana Foundation is working on introducing several new initiatives to serve the healthcare infrastructure of the country through: 

• Scholarships for meritorious students from humble backgrounds to clinical courses
• Mentorship programs for students and trainees showing great promise to achieve their potential 
• Training programs in various clinical and technical skills to build capacity for the Indian healthcare industry and sourcing talent for the same from the urban poor and rural underprivileged socio-economic diaspora.
